Complete one entry form for each horse entered, two maximum.
You may print and complete the form by hand, or you may input the information on the form as it is interactive, and then save it and print it for your records or to send to the General Manager.
Remit payment to the General Manager. Call if paying by credit card. A 5% credit card processing fee will be added to your total.
Fax or mail the completed form to the General Manager. If you completed the form interactively, you may also Email it to the General Manager. If paying by check, mail the completed form to the general Manager.

STALLS

A separate Entry form must be completed for each horse. No more than two horses per rider may be entered.
The rider must be a Sharon Camarillo Performance Horsemanship Clinic graduate, any year. The rider must be eligible to compete in specific races as stipulated in the distribution of payment.
Entries with no late fees must be received by July 1, 2010. A late fee is charged if entering after July 1 to July 17, 2010.
No entries will be accepted after July 17, 2010.
Deposit and late fees are non-refundable. July 17, 2010 and thereafter, all moneys paid are non-refundable, with the exception of stall fees which are refundable only with 48 hours prior notice.
Payment must be received by the General Manager by check or credit card on the dates stipulated. The General Manager must also receive the Entry form.
The Classic is limited to 200 entries.

The three-night minimum stall fee includes one bag of shavings. Additional bags of shavings may be ordered on this Entry form for $8/each or are available for purchase onsite
All horses left on the grounds overnight must be stalled.
No day stalls are available.
Stalls will be locked and not opened until 7 am on the day of your paid arrival. Gates may be closed at 11 pm on Thursday night. If your arrival time does not coincide with the above times, the General Manager must be notified.
