Online Entry
- Complete one online entry form for each horse entered, two maximum. Print copies of the online forms for your records and to submit when paying by check.
- Remit payment to the General Manager along with a copy of your printed form. Payment must be received to finalize your entry, even you submitted the form online.
NOTE: Diane prefers that you download the pdf form by selecting the button on the right. Given your version of Acrobat, you may fill in the form online and either send it as an attachment to Diane's Email or print the form and send it in with a check. It is a two-page form.

Terms
- A separate Entry form must be completed for each horse. No more than two horses per rider may be entered.
- The rider must be a Sharon Camarillo Performance Horsemanship Clinic graduate, any year. The rider must be eligible to compete in specific races as stipulated.
- Entries with no late fees must be received by September 1, 2008. A late fee is charged if entering after September 1 to September 19, 2008.
- No entries will be accepted after September 19, 2008.
- Deposit and late fees are non-refundable. September 19, 2008 and thereafter, all moneys paid are non-refundable, with the exception of stall and camp fees which are refundable only with 48 hours prior notice.
- Payment must be received by the General Manager by check or money order on the dates stipulated. The General Manager must also receive the Entry form.
- The Classic is limited to 200 entries.
Additional Stall Terms
- The three-night minimum stall fee includes two bags of shavings. Additional bags of shavings are available for purchase at Double G Farms for their then current price. No outside shavings are allowed.
- All horses left on the grounds overnight must be stalled.
- No day stalls are available. You are required to tie your horse to a trailer.
- Stalls/gates are locked and unlocked by the General Manager. If your arrival time changes after you have completed the Entry form, the General Manager must be notified.
